Location, enviroment of the residences, security, the staff.facilities
The location is excellent, with direct access to Gardens Mall and just a few minutes’ walk to Mid Valley Megamall. Additionally, the staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service, from the front desk to housekeeping. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I’d love to book again when I visit KL in the future
The swimming pool and gym are well maintained. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
I like the location and room. However, breakfast is not okay ( less variety and taste of foods)
Service staff are always efficient and friendly. Excellent location for eateries and shopping. Lots of options.
