Great service from the staff, they go extra mile in making sure we enjoy our stay, with complimentary tea buffet, breakfast spread was amazing, the Swimming Club was cozy with nice drinks and snacks. We love it and would come back.
The staff works fast and are very friendly and helpful. The room is very tidy and water is replenished everyday. Amenities are provided on the ground floor, such as dental and shaving kit, soap and shampoo are also provided in the bathroom. The air conditioner works well and can chill the room relatively quickly. The wifi is quite fast as well. There is a swimming pool and a gym on the top floor with a nice view of the city. Convenient location as well because it's quite near to Bukit Bintang MRT Station and various malls.
The location is fantastic. The cafe staff and housekeeping team are super efficient."
