My room was very simple, but I really enjoyed my stay. I appreciated the a/c, wifi, shower, pool, , breakfast tables, and simple breakfast of toast and tea/coffee. The staff were excellent, very helpful and fine English. A couple of good vegetarian restaurants nearby, and good shapping on the bazaar street along the waterfront. Also I got a good haircut at Hair Plus in Merdaka Mall.

Super city location. We could do everything by foot. The pool was perfect with the kids. Would highly recommend. You have to go to the information center, which is very close by foot, to book Bako national park and they will also give you the right information for your need.
Location was great, right at central of waterfront. Simple accommodation and breakfast. Overall the hotel needs some refurbishment.
Unique- keeping it’s historical design, architectural and they did display all the antique items.
