Very satisfied with room, clean, location and staff very helpful
The hotel was clean, the bed was comfy and all the amenities are excellent. I enjoyed my stay and will surely come again.
Its clean, everthing in the room is provided, mini fridge, iron and hair dryer. No need to request, bed is comfy too.

The room was clean and comfortable for the 1 night stay, we had, staff was friendly at assisting in checking in and checking out, cleaning staff was also friendly and even greeted and wished us a safe journey as we checked out.
The hotel has recently refurbished. This was my 3rd stay here at U-Hotel. The location is very good. Away from the main town. Ample private parking space. Lotus Hypermarket is nearby with lots of parking space. The toilet is clean. Has hot water for showering. The room is clean. The bed is soft. Meanwhile the pillow is too soft, it's bad for my neck.
