Quite new and clean. The lobby is good. Right hand side of the main entrance. The staff will call you before your arrival to confirm on the arriving time. During the stay, very responsive to the issues such as carpark and item replenishment. Very easy to get a parking as they have own parking lot. The parking is free of charge, just approached the staff for the payment will do. The room is quite acceptable as well. Quite comfy. Tv doesn’t really good😂 bring own laptop or hdmi cable for own shows😂
A boutique hotel but took care of all basic needs for a guest. Check in was seamless. Toiletries were provided. Rooms were clean. Most impt for us the toilet wet and dry areas were well separated :)
Location is great, the facility and hospitality provided was pretty good. Would highly recommend if anyone looking to stay around the area
The location was quite central, easily walkable to most places of interest. Staff friendly and helpful. Room is clean, beds very comfortable and adequate bathroom facilities. We didn't have hot water on the first evening. It was a plumbing issue which was quickly fixed. Should we have an opportunity to visit Penang again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
