Location is a huge advantage. Stayed at Concept Floor which is pricier but differentiated by its interior design and also access to the Concept Lounge. Room is exceptionally comfortable - the drinking water tap is a major plus point. High recommended for visitors to Ipoh who want to stay in town.
Good facilities, clean, helpful staff. Good location and conveniently located next to a major shopping mall. Good accessibility to various locations in Ipoh such as Ipoh Garden, Old Town and Golf Club
The hotel is conveniently linked to the mall next to it. There is a filtered water tap in the room. making drinking water very accessible. I love the white coffee machine in the Tiffin Restaurant.
The bed sheet was clean, crisp and very comfortable. The temperature is perfect in the room, AC not blowing directly to the bed. Shower is roomy, pressure is great, and water is hot, not just warm. I had a very comfortable stay.
Great breakfast, happy hour and late-night dinner/snack! Nice rooftop pool. Connected to the mall, which is open until 10pm. Large, comfortable and clean room.
