The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel has really good security, even requiring your card-key to activate the elevator. The room was super-nice, very modern, and really comfortable. Would definitely stay there again should I find myself in Penang George Town area.
It's clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
A very short walk from Komtar, just far enough to clear the central tourist zone. Bright room, no problems of any kind. The Hin Bus Depot arts centre is across the street.
Best is the attitude of the staff. Starting from Frond desk team to house keeping - each and every one as so humble and sincere. Although the unit is not a great one, at the end of the day, if you get satisfaction, that is it. In that respect, this one is an amazing one. If I get an opportunity, I will go and stay once again.
Great room, very spacious and the bathroom is fantastic with a nice big shower. Location is pretty good, about a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre
