This is a simple accommodation, but for that, it's perfectly worth its price. The house is in a very good (quiet) location, restaurants, the beach, public transport, sights and even the bars are within easy walking distance.
One great advantage of the flats is that they offer twin beds, which came in super handy for a semi work-related trip.
The apartment had enough blankets for the colder weather we experienced (and AC for the summer), the kitchen was equipped well enough for some light cooking, and the wifi worked well enough to allow us to work (ie. videoconferencing). My personal pet peeve: apartments like this don't usually offer hand and dish soap&sponge. This one did. Huge thumbs up on that.
Self check in and check out were easy, the doormen we met were helpful. All in all: the price to value ratio is very good, every member of our company was content.
