Reception service. the person in charge of the indoor pool and the food was unacceptable and rude. He turned off our lights while we were changing to leave the pool area. The rooms smelled bad.

It's a good base for all the amenities including the bus station, Aquarium, Car Museum. There are also plenty of shortcuts to save time. Vastly improved from when I was at the hotel before. Plenty of choice. Beds, backache using them. Pillow poor.

For me being disabled the hotel was just in the right place, close to shops, chemist, and bar's. The hotel in it's self was spotless, and the gentleman who did my room was excellent. Lovely welcome, hotel reception staff excellent. As far as I could see there was no disabled access but there again I didn't ask so maybe there was.
