Breakfast choices were great and food was first quality - prepared well.
The staff was outstanding !! It was our grandson’s 9th birthday - Lieke, Valentina, Caterina in the Front Office arranged for balloons and towel art (an elephant and birthday cake sculpted out of towels) - amazing. We appreciated their attention, politeness, and hospitality so much that we sent them a box of candy as a thank you after check out.
Beautiful hotel in a unique historic building with all the modern comfort. Well placed to discover the 3 cities . Staff was absolutely amazing , professional and attentive.
The room was awesome! Best view and vibe! Would visit it again and again.
