I had a very difficult time finding this property. I had to take two taxis before I finally found it (with the aid of two restaurant workers who hailed a taxi for me with someone who actually knew the location of the property). Once I had figured out the "lay of the land", it was a great location because of the nearby bus stops which I used to go all over the island. I had some issues with keys and one night I blew a fuse in the room and lost the lights when I tried to use the electric kettle in the room. The manager was very good about coming to my aid on both these occaisions even though he was not living at the property. There was a well-appointed kitchen and even a washer and dryer but I did not need to use any of these during my stay. I would go back to this property if I ever returned to Malta.

Staff was not present on-site but communication was quick, easy and efficient via the booking app and Whatsapp. Spacious, modern, clean and comfortable.

Very nice and comfortable room, renovated and very clean - the common areas as well! The location was very good, it is located in a very good neighborhood and close to the points of interest. Most of all the service was excellent! The communication with the accommodation manager was instant and thorough.

The room and the bathroom were extremely clean. We were even provided with two towels each, two power adapters and two hair dryers. The location was great, close to the local cafe, store and a bus stop. I don't really see why people are complaining about hygiene... We found the room in perfect condition. Simple self check-in and check-out.

Absolutely a fantastic stay at Guesthouse No. 48. The owner, manager and staff everyone is very professional and supported a lot. All our requests were accommodated. The information provided was very prompt and genuine. From booking to check in to the entire stay it was a great comfortable stay. Location is superb with you being at the center of everything. Room was very clean; bed was comfortable, and kitchen is really very useful with all necessities to cook and have a nice meal. Overall, it’s a quite elegant place with very affordable prices. Towels were changed during the stay and all the amenities are top-notch. Highly recommended!!
