Incredible pool areas and rooms (we stayed in a 2 bed residence that was perfect for a family of 4). The hotel is pristine and exceptionally calm with beautifully kept gardens. Our room was serviced each day by the most adorable head cleaning lady (dressed in burgundy) and she saw to our every need for the room and was extremely professional
Well maintained throughout. The common areas, the gym, spa and room were all exceptionally well kept. Lovely feel as soon as you enter.
Gozo is the Island to be in Malta and Kempinski is the Hotel to be in Gozo. Excellent Breakfast and very helpful staff.
The amenities and services. Very nice view, good pool and bus to the Ramla Beach and Victoria. The food at Baldakin was delicious. Very nice surprise for our wedding anniversary
We loved the world class Hammam and Spa with sauna, steamroom, pool and services. The outdoor pools were nice, the property beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious, the English high tea service and food at the restaurants very good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice but the room itself was drab, dark and needed updating to give it life.
