Fantastic location and great apartment with good facilities and comfortable rooms

Location was excellent - on a quiet road just off the main road, easy to walk to the main beach if you wanted to but equally really nice to swim off the jetty immediately in front of the apartment - which is what we did every day. Easy access to the main road network for exploring Malta and only 15 minutes drive to the Gozo ferry. Secure apartment block. Parking was no problem in the street out front and free - weekends definitely much more busy than the week, but we always managed to find a space. Beds very comfortable, and very quiet at night, kitchen suitably equipped, good appliances and a lovely living space with a fantastic balcony overlooking the bay for sunsets. Useful supermarket in the street behind and plenty of other options in the town. Highly recommend as a great place to stay in a quieter corner of Malta.

The location was simply perfect - right at the waterfront, with gigantic terrace window overlooking the beautiful yet calm sea. The apartment was modern, clean and very spacious, with two separate bathrooms (both equipped with a shower) and two bedrooms, AC and very well equipped kitchen - perfect for a family. The area was quiet and peaceful, and just 4 minutes walk to the Mellieha beach, which is quite cosy and not extremely commercialized. There are multiple bus stops and grocery store nearby, water sports equipment rental and the other usual stuff. You can also take a walk in the Foresta 2000 area and visit Saint Agatha's Red Tower; the Popeye Village is 2km away and it's not that far away from Gozo/Comino neither. We picked up apartment keys at a desk at the airport, and arrived by Uber (approx. 45 minutes), which is not that expensive in Malta.
