- This is the worst resort hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. Reception service. Most people don't have the patience to repeat themselves a second time. English is not our native language, I think we should respect and understand each other a little. 2. Housekeeping. I hung the cleaning sign on the door and then went out for a trip. But when I came back at night the room was still not cleaned. The room was cleaned on the first day because I asked for it when I passed by the staff. However, they didn't replenish the bath towels that needed to be changed on that day. 3. Reception & Housekeeping (Room service)did not replenish the supplies in time, so there were no napkins available in our room at night. I had no choice but to call the reception. But the tone of the receptionist was very bad. Please note here that the first sentence and the second sentence were normal, but suddenly became indifferent when she noticed that it was the Asian room. In the end a whole night, we did not get tissues. So funny. 4. Breakfast is not good. Not much variety either.

Breakfast was very good the main food could be slightly better

overall the hotel is nice, beautiful view, clean, nice smell, stylish. the price is way too expensive for 4 stars, with not very convenient location, very poor breakfast. Wi-fi didnt work properly, we had to connect all the time from the beginning, was very annoying, near the pool area the wi-fi didnt work at all.

Прекрасный отель, отличный сервис. Красивый вид на море. Мухи на уличной зоне столовой. Но, этого наверно не избежать. А завтракать в закрытой зоне тоже прекрасно, т.к. остекление от пола до потолка.

Месторасположение отеля обеспечивает тишину и спокойствие (для тех, кому это важно), хорошая большая терраса, удобная развозка от отеля до ближайших городов в обоих направлениях. Отсутствие халатов и тапочек.
