La struttura è comoda a tutti i servizi, la stazione ferroviaria si trova nella strada adiacente.
la casa è molto spaziosa e moderna.
Il palazzo molto sicuro, sono presenti sia di giorno che di sera addetti alla sicurezza e portineria.
Avendo affittato la macchina, abbiamo gradito molto il parcheggio interrato del palazzo.
