We stayed in the family room. We are a family of five, including two sons (ages 10 and 8) and my mother (70 y/o). The family room had two sets of bunk beds (four beds total), which was perfect for my two children and even for my mother. There was a king bed for my husband and I, all of the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Best of all, there are two separate bathroom facilities in this room (men and women), and each side has two toilets and two showers, so the room had four total. It met all of our needs and then some. I really loved that it has a rooftop restaurant where they serve breakfast, which was included in our stay, and then lunch/dinner for purchase.

The location was exceptional, walking distance from the Medina shopping market. The staff went above and beyond of what was needed. Translated instructions to taxi drivers and spa personnel when I was attempting to make reservations. Allowed me to use their kitchen to store and heat up leftovers. Even held our luggage after checking out for the day since our ferry did not leave till later that afternoon. Offers a great continental breakfast and even drinks in the evening up on the terrace, which is a beautiful view. I can't wait to stay here again.
