Very central, and rooms are actually a good size. They also have a cute kitchen, and my favorite Hot water.

One block from the bus station, comfortable safe Alex was very helpful

I like this place a lot. It feels more like a regular apartment vs the hotels in the area, which I prefer. The rooms are spacious, right on the main road, one block from the beach, good food around, good amenities (coffee maker, stove, etc), great balcony, relatively quiet for the area, hot water. I've been coming to PDC for years, and this is the best spot I've found when considering location, privacy, cost & noise level. Honestly, it's surprisingly quiet for how central it's located. Communication with the host is super easy. I texted them a few times during my stay, and they always reply within 30 minutes during the day. No 24/7 front desk, but I feel like it's really not necessary. The staff are basically available full time via text & call if needed. Optional cleaning when requested. Overall, it's a really good stay if you want something simple and close.
