Very clean, smooth check-in. They are remodeling and I am looking forward to staying here again as I come often to visit my family and projects I am working on in the area. I walked to the corner of the road to grab tacos. Parking is in front of the apartments but directly by entrance. It was safe and felt secure. The staff was friendly. Also had hot water and wifi along with a ceiling fan to make my stay complete and comfortable. Very simple, comfortable, has everything you need, and pricing was affordable. Already planning my next visit.

Location was excellent. The staff are helpful, quick to respond, and provided me with anything I requested ( Toilet Paper, Coffee Filters, Pan for cooking, etc) The building is being fixed so outside the room is a bit rough but inside the room is 10/10 and Staff was 10/10! On Tijuana standards, it's a great catch for the price post-pandemic!

Our room had a comfortable king bed, TV, kitchenette (with some pans, plates, cutlery, etc) and small fridge. The location is centric. You can walk to Downtown or the Zona Rio. This is a safe place to stay since the entire room area is controlled by a door with an access code.
