The building is modern and in a nice setting. The apartment is well equipped and I enjoyed the rooftop pool. It was easy to arrive at the apartment from the Centro (ADO station). The management was generally communicative.
The flat is well equipped, and nicely designed.
The facility is located in a quiet area, and it has a beautiful pool & kids playroom & GYM.
In retrospect I would not have gone to Tulum. My main draw was Sian Ka'an and the tour from Muyil was ok. The beach was beautiful but the excessive buildings and controlled access feels oppressive. Tulum is also a much bigger bustling city than I expected so coming to this Apartment at the Paramar Viva was an extremely nice respite.
Apartment is in nice and quiet location, the view over the jungles is amazing, pool area is super nice. Overall the apartment is well equipped, stylish and new. Bed is comfy.
The room was exactly as pictured. The view was amazing.
