The place is very cozy with very good room size with all amenities. Wooden balcony and pool area.
The manager was very friendly and supportive, she provided an iron (not included in the rooms) and rescheduled our tour after having missed the appointment with no extra cost
The room was amazingly tranquil, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was all we needed for consumption comforts; we brought snacks and drinks of high quality, ate at local gems, sunbathed, people-watched folks from all over the world and saw the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine. Holbox and Onda Maya blow the all-inclusive Cancún resorts away, at a fraction of the cost, without the sloppy drunks.
Location, quiet, cleanliness, staff, the vibe, hot water, and room was nice and cold.
Everything was perfect. The team made my stay very comfortable! The bed and pillows were the best I've ever slept in. There are two water dispensers available which is very convenient. The location is unbeatable ! Would definitely recommend, thanks to the team for this amazing stay !
The location was ideal for us. It was walking distance from town but far away from the noise and busy town square.
Although we didn’t use the kitchen to cook much, we liked having the extra space and fridge and the convenience of making coffee at home.
The kitchen itself is very minimally equipped, something that could be improved if you did wish to cook at home more.
The massage was fantastic, the staff was helpful with local suggestions and the cleaning services were impeccable.
