The room was comfy and clean. We had everything we needed. Aircon, wifi, hot water, fridge, washing up sink, you name it. Location was very good, too. It was very convenient, close to ADO Bus station, beach, ferry terminal. A lot of local restaurants and street food vendors around, which we loved. I would happily stay there again.

It had a kitchen which we used a lot. The host was very attentive and gave us toilet paper every morning. The AC was good but the wind in playa del Carmen is so nice we just kept the door and windows open most of the time. Not too far from Walmart and very close to the beach. We really loved our stay here.

Great cental location, only a few blocks from 5th Ave and Cozumel ferry. It was quiet and secure, had good wifi and TV and amenities including hot water at the flip of a switch. Great value! Even has a kitchenette.

This room was perfect for 3 nights with my boyfriend. The space is a little small, but we weren't in our room often to notice it anyways. We really enjoyed having the mini-fridge and coffee pot. The bed/pillows were extremely comfortable as well, which was a huge plus after walking long distances during the day. There was also always hot water when we went to shower (they included towels - SO NICE!). Having cold A/C nightly was a huge plus as well. Location of this studio apartment was pretty decent. Close to the beach, banks, grocery stores, and many local bars/restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here! This listing was exactly as described. I recommend staying here while in Playa Del Carmen.
