The location is absolutely a 10 - 10. It’s right on the beach. Although it’s on the party zone the music isn’t loud at all, the waves and wind were louder than the music. The house keeping was really fantastic. The ladies are doing a great job cleaning the room. Its such a contrast with the breakfast area and beach bar which haven’t had a proper cleaning in at least weeks.

The staff was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful with all our needs.

Located by the top restaurants on beach road. Beautiful beach!!! Great rooms and excellent service by the entire staff. Would 100% recommend.

Location, breakfast, free parking and rustic ambiance. Simple, but enough for me.

I live in mexico & wanted a tulum vacation. We loved the room when we checked in it was a little different than the one I booked. It didn’t have the direct view the ocean, it was bigger and had some cabinets and benches at the bottom of the bed. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. It came with coffee orange juice bread with jelly and fresh cooked eggs and more bread. Not to mention the yogurt with granola and fruit. The staff was great & the coffee was hot. We were directly in front of the restaurant. We loved the hotel so much we decided to add a night. This place was perfect in so many ways. Like the old Tulum.
