The room, though quite small, was very accommodating. I had a corner room facing the city and with a side view of the water & malecon, especially from the small balcony. I had booked my reservations quite a few months in advance, then noticed the price went down $20 US if someone booked just a few days before arrival. My rate could not be reduced because of the quarantee with no refund less than 3 days in advance. So I requested a high floor with a partial view of the ocean and to have a parking spot held for me in their protected back entry area. One of the rare hotels on the water that has protected parking. I was accommodated! The rooftop pool and bar area are really nice with a great view of the Malecon and water. Beautiful sunset view. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is served in a nice ocean view location. They served a chicken and mushroom gravy that was great on a piece of whole wheat bread (no biscuits).

Everything was amazing!!!!! I will highly recommend this place and will book it again if we ever get to come back..
