Great place close to ADO station. It's perfect if you have early flight next day since it's like 5min walk to station. Location is great with many restaurants and shops around, there is also big supermarket if you need to buy anything. There is small terrace in front of the room, it was quiet and we slept very well. Recommended!

Only 6 mins walk from the Ado bus station, perfect for an early departure to the airport. We didn't meet Oscar the owner but we received plenty of very good information from him and he was very responsive. We stayed for 1 night. Our bedroom had a lovely balcony with a Jacuzzi to admire the night sky and stars There's a fridge, a mini oven, a kettle and some basic kitchen tools. Frankly a great price overall and a good address to keep in mind for future travel.

The host was SUPER helpful, and connected me to some people that really helped me during my stay. The bed was comfy, the AC nice, just around the corner from the ADO & immigration. They held my super heavy bag while I was late at an appointment, which means they lifted it in/out of my room without me even asking, just incredibly helpful!

2 years earlier I stayed here and loved everything about the Cancun Guest house. This time I stayed my first and last night with Oscar. Oscar is a generous, welcoming, and loving person. The rooms are fantastic. When you stay here Oscar’s only concern is for his guests. He treated me like family both times, worrying about my safety and comfort. Being about 3 blocks from the ADO Central Cancun bus station is super convenient. The neighborhood is safe with good restaurants within several blocks. Best place to stay in Cancun for a very reasonable price. Thank you Oscar.

This is the best value out there. Perfect location in town or if you need to be next to the bus terminal. Room was clean, secure, and very quiet at night. Staff was very helpful and provided many local recommendations.
