Great location, great room, attentive staff but the breakfast on offer could have been better

We loved the design and layout of property. It’s beautiful, elegantly decorated and small which we prefer. The breakfast room and outdoor space are lovely. Front desk staff very helpful and location perfect.

The hate has a wonderful atmosphere, the property has so many little personalities touches that I have not come across before. Wonderful staff.

This hotel is a gem in terms of luxury, Interior Design and customer service. Everything has been well thought out so that you can have a wonderful stay there. The location is ideal as well, situated in a secluded and quiet neighborhood but easily accessible from other parts of the city. The breakfast was extraordinary and it allowed me to have a taste of refined Mexican flavors. I was also impressed with the conciergerie service which was of a high standard and so efficient! They know everything about the city and in terms of activities, providing you with different options. They are also available whenever needed. Bravo! I will highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Mexico city off the beaten track!

Campos Polanco was a serene oasis! It was beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful and kind, and the breakfast was fantastic-- the chef came out and explained everything to us, all of which was homemade. Cannot say enough-- we loved it!
