The location is great, easy access to local transport, the pool is clean, beach is decent, though small but quiet, the room was fairly clean. Traveled end of April so the hotel was fairly quiet, good hot water, beds were comfortable and good AC in each room. We used the charcoal grill outside and the man that cleans them does a fabulous job and well worth paying him and giving a tip
The condo is in an excellent location overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Great views from the balcony. The Isla Mujeres ferry is a 5 minute walk and would definitely recommend. The condo is definitely value for money. The parking facilities were excellent. The host was in full communication helping an easy check in and check out.
it's near to the terminal of Ferry Isla Mujeres. There's a private beach and a swimming pool. The view is great, too.

The location was great, residences has it's own beach with no waves which is perfect if you want to travel with your kinds.
