Location was great, staff was very nice and helpful.

The host, Rosario and her staff, were very friendly and so welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and felt at home. They offer a basic breakfast with drinks and fresh fruit everyday. They welcome everyone with mezcal and a gift and even surprised us with a cake since we were celebrating a birthday. Truly exceptional hospitality (thank you so much!). The facilities are clean and in good condition. The rooms are equipped with plenty of mirrors, water, have lots of natural light and the room we stayed at felt very private since it was on the second floor next to the terrace. There was good water pressure and temperature in the shower. Beds are comfy and the AC works great.
This place is a gem! Great location, beautiful space and very comfortable rooms. The hospitality was top notch. Highly recommended!
The best thing about Casa Esmeralda is the proprietor, Rosaria! She is super friendly, makes great recommendations for food in the area, and made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. Casa Esmeralda was also exceptionally clean, our room had a lot of privacy (felt more like an apartment on the second floor), and the rooftop was wonderful for enjoying the cool evenings and view.
