This tiny 6 room hotel will welcome you with open arms. The hospitality is the first thing that will make you fall in love with Casa Mech and Isla Holbox. If super chill is your style, this is paradise. This property is built in the palapa style. If you are looking for marble lobbies and big chandeliers, stay in Cancun. If you want authenticity, ease, safety, warm hearted people and relaxation, come here. The property is located a short stroll to the beach. There are many many restaurant choices nearby. Don’t forget to stop in the town square every night to see that is going on. It could be a Zumba class, a semi-pro basketball game or a big market. The streets are sand, the hot water is iffy, and dogs run free and I loved every minute.
