Location was great. Only a couple blocks to the main square where most of the Day of Death activities took place. A lot of choices of restaurants. Service was amazing. The whole staff attended to our every need and Juan went above and beyond. The whole place was decorated beautifully, including our room, which we almost didn't want to leave. Fresh flowers in the room were a nice touch. Breakfast had nice choices and was served in beautiful bone china. Rooftop had a nice view of the city where we enjoyed our margaritas.

The staff and location were exceptional. Especially Juan, who performed diverse functions. Breakfast was very good and included a wide choice of standard-American-breakfast options. It was served in our room, but other options were to have it served in one of the salas or in the garden. Many of the rooms do include a private terrace. The photos of our room made the furniture look a bit dated, but we actually found it to be very nice. The architecture is Colonial, the furnishings are mostly European style with fine silk fabrics and high-quality bed linens, and breakfast was served on elegant English china.

First class in every way. You just couldn’t ask for more.

Breakfast we excellent and it was brought to our room each morning at the time we requested. Coffee was brought earlier as we requested. Staff very helpful and eager to make us comfortable. Bathroom had a stall shower and beautiful tile. Room was very large with a private terrace.
