The apartment was lovely and clean. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook basic breakfast etc. it was nice that cooking oil was also provided. The location is honestly such an easy and safe walk from Centro. We walk back in the dark and although quiet, it felt very safe. Host was so lovely, helped us with recommendations. The bathroom was nice and great hot water with a hairdryer. Air con in bedroom and big fan in living room.
We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment was really well equipped with all we needed. Our host Claudia was also amazing, helping us to book tours and a taxi to the bus station and was lighting fast at responding to messages. Bacalar is a beautiful place perfect to relax and the apartment was well located a short walk into town to make the most of it! We also appreciated the Christmas tree and lights.
The host is friendly and takes good care of the accommodation. She informed us of situations such as power outages and bad weather. There was a time when there was a lack of gas for cooking, and she quickly solved the problem. It's a clean and convenient accommodation. It's a little far from the cent
er, but I enjoyed the walk.

A brilliant place. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host was so kind and friendly and able to give lots of advice on activities, booking these for us, arranging laundry. Nice water was also provided. Highly recommended
