Beautiful, spacious room with well equipped kitchen

Beautiful brand-new house in a secluded location. I especially loved a small private pool in my room - super refreshing and great.

I had the room with the pool and I loved it. It doesn't get sun so I haven't used the pool that much, but I loved the separation it creates between the bedroom and kitchen and the fact that you have a private outdoor space. The location of the place is perfect. You're 1min away from the main street in La Veleta where there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. I prolonged my stay in Tulum and while I searched for other options and airbnbs I haven't found something I would like as much as Casa Yaakun for its location and private pool, so I booked with them again.

Overall, a lovely and comfortable apartment in a charming neighborhood. Walkable to downtown Tulum but be forewarned that it is a little far and other forms of transportation not readily/affordably available.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Yaakun. The rooms are very spacious and and equipped with a working kitchen. We liked the bed wich was very comfortable and large. Also we had different cushens to choose from.
