They were extremely helpful during our stay. We had an amazing breakfast and the hotel was spotless.
A little far from the town center, but very close to the bus station. Breakfasts were very good with a lot of variety. Host was helpful in getting my laundry done quickly and in finding me a tour group to the lagoon. Good size room and nice courtyard.
Ample size modern room, great breakfast, small fridge, nice patio area for breakfast, 10 min walk to the lagoon.
We loved our time in Casa Zazal, modern, spotless, comfortable, with fantastic hosts, they even had a birthday cake for my birthday, breakfast was delicious, they go out of their way to help you, I would 100% recommend this lovely property.
breakfast was best part. every day different. we stay two extra day in bacalar. Host is very nice.
