Very lovely..some repairs needed like a new showerhead. Security latch broken. Cable loose on the TV, we had to repair. We were in a room with a terrace, very nice treat. Beds were great! A bit of road noise but I slept so not bad at all. Secure parking on site. Close to an amazing restaurant & museum called San miguelito.
Every person on the staff made me feel welcome and took care of my every need. From front desk to kitchen to spa services, best vacation ever!
Everyone on the staff goes out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. I am grateful to them all for their kindness and assistance.
Love the breakfast, love the room, but what I love the most room was confortable but the beautiful view of the city of the room I had, very good experience
The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was very nice except when I ordered onion soup they didn't have any. There are a lot of stairs, which is to be expected but the lighting near the stairs was not very good, and because I'm older my eyesight is not good in the dark. I would definitely stay there again.
