Location is great. Walkable distance everywhere for everybody (including 5yo children). Air conditioning is very powerful and they have a lot of fans too. We went in the summer time and had no issues in the house because of the terrible heat outside. The house is simple but it has everything you need.
it was very spacious. Great location close to the market, lots of amenities near by, great communication with the landlord.
