Contact with the host was excellent, always friendly and prompt. The room is spacious and clean. I loved the beauty products that were provided, like shampoo and showergel, which seemed to be a good quality nature brand.
The kitchen was very well equipped and I was glad that sugar and salt were already available in the kitchen. WiFi is pretty fast, never had issues.
The pools are amazing, most of the time also pretty quiet. Never heard any other residents. Front desk is always friendly and tries to help
