Chez Waffle by Inmense is located in the touristic resort of Puerto Aventuras, in the Mayan Riviera. It sets in beautiful gardens and has direct access to a natural cove. Chez Waffle by Inmense is a small hotel with a characteristic colonial design, featuring a terrace with a stone fountain. It has a unique outdoor swimming pool right next to the private cove area with a bar. Each room at the Chez Waffle by Inmense has hammocks, air conditioning and free WiFi, and includes a cable TV, a safe and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Rooms are cleaned daily and have views. Playa del Carmen is only 20 minutes’ drive, while Cancun International Airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes by car.

The restaurant was exceptional for breakfast. A couple of items out of sorts on arrival but immediately fixed when we asked. The restaurant is exceptional for breakfast/brunch. is a wide assortment of restaurants close by the Dolphinarium where we could watch the dolphins while we ate. In order to enjoy the beach, you must pay the daily fee for a beach club. The property felt super safe as it is in a large gated community with security 24/7.
The location was incredible! We were right on the water in a really special spot. We travelled as a family and it was so wonderful to spend such good quality time together. The neighbourhood that the hotel is located in is really a neat spot - full of all sorts of restaurants and things to do. We were equally impressed with the location of the hotel within the neighbourhood.
The fact that it came with delicious breakfast included in the hotel stay was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.
The hotel is nice, staff is great…, its just that puerto aventura dissapointed me because its locked, only tourist and rich people are there, not locals. I believe beach should be for all.
