I choose this hotel when I travel between my mother's home in Baja California Sur and my home in Santa Cruz, California, because of the location so close to the entrance to the garita, the comfortable beds, great shower, room service and friendly staff.
Clean, convenient location and nice staff. Beds are comfortable.
The blinds to the room would not shut they were broken
The location was good, staff was well informed and empathetic to our situation. Breakfast was adequate, fruit was fresh as was the pastry, juice was fresh squeezed and the waiter very kind. Parking lot attendant was friendly and vigilant. The room was quiet, even with many children in the facility, couldn’t hear the neighbors.
Place was clean and felt very safe, walking distance to all types of food and different stores and believe it or not the view of the city was amazing
