Breakfast was good, good variety, great coffee. Location is good..
From check-in to check-out, I was very impressed with City Plus. Parking was easy. Concierge was friendly, professional and considerate of my room specifications. Our room was comfortable, nice size and I didn't hear any outside noise. The hotel is located near upscale restaurants & bars as well. The breakfast served was very generous, didn't expect so many fresh options- major plus! There's so many great things to say about my stay. I will definitely be back when I visit Monterrey again. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Me parecio excelente que me dieran la habitacion mas temprano, de al hora convencional del "check in". Tambien me mandaron a un piso mas alto, por q la vez pasada estuve uno muy abajo y se veia a los trabajadores que estaban trabajando en la remodelacion del Hotel.
El servicio, atencion y actitud del personal.
