A damage deposit of MXN 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The Hotel has limited accessibility due to geographical reasons for people with wheelchairs and limited mobility. Renovation work is done from 09:00 to 17:00 daily till February 27th to March 3rd 2023 and some rooms may be affected by noise. The property apologises for any inconvenience caused.

The construction, design and location of Isla Natura Beach Huatulco Hotel is good It is a resort that is advertised as 4.5 stars and that is a Big Lie. The cleanliness of the hotel is regular, but mainly its services are really bad. We stayed 5 nights 6 days and never worked the telephone switchboard, the towels were old and broken, one of the two elevators was broken, and mainly, despite being an All Inclusive, they did not have the most essential foods and beverages, such as example, in several occasions we were denied coffee or milk because they have finished, in any food at lunch time they could not offered us dressing for our salads, in the main restaurant there were no coffee spoons, how is that possible? We paid for a 4.5 star All Inclusive hotel and received services from a hotel that does not deserve a single star, in brief, we felt stolen. As for the staff, they are very kind people who try to make up for the hotel's shortcomings but who unfortunately do not have any type of guest service training in relation to the category that the hotel advertises. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED.Very disappointed.
