Had to catch flight at 5:35am and free shuttle picked us up on time. Even had coffee in the lobby.
Airport shuttle was great and the rooms were very clean. The staff are really helpful and will assist you in whatever you may need to make your stay comfortable.
Great and convenient location and nice staff, esp. if flying into Cancun late.
The hotel has a very nice open area with swimming pool where you can relax.
Restaurant very good and buffet breakfast.
The hotel also offers free shuttle to the airport
we intentionally chose this location on our return to the Cancun airport. As one expects, the facilities were clean, staff welcoming, and the food/bar appropriate. We were pleased to return here.
The bartender (Mauriano) was great, Fabrizio (server) was attentive, and Sidney was pleasant at check-in.
