We had a great trip for a milestone birthday! We especially want to thank Samuel in Guest Services! He went out of his way to make our trip memorable and we appreciate him! Overall it was a great stay.
Upscale room with a great view from the balcony. Very comfortable mattress, robes, slippers, large room & bathroom. Very quiet at night in our room but really enjoyed the live music at night in the lobby and the fire show. Workers gave very good service and our room was kept sparkling clean. Shout out to Lenin the Bell Boy who took good care of us the day we had to leave.
Everything was great. Food and drinks were wonderful. Everything was clean and rooms were large and beautiful. I wish there had been a door on the bathroom, we only used the shower as no privacy to use the tub.
Service was great, food was very good. Resort was clean.
