My husband and I chose the Hotel Emporio Veracruz for a few days of exploration in a new (to us) city. It was a really good choice - great location and helpful staff. The views of the harbor are lovely and the downtown is very convenient. We'd certainly stay here again!
I love the location of this property since has easy access to downtown. Pretty much everything is walking distance.
