Location was very nice! There was some restaurants, convenience stores and supermarket nearby. The studio had everything we needed for a 4 days stay, with a functional kitchen. TV has access to Netflix and YouTube, it's cool to watch a little bit before sleep.

good price and close to the bustop to go into the main area of cancun. Also close to the ADO bus that you can take to the airport and other areas. Apartment was clean and perfect for our stay.
Simply furnished but much more space and accessories than I expected. Easy access and egress, the WiFi was the best by far during the the stay in Mexico. I did not realize how close it was to shops and restaurants and the nearest supermarket was a comfortable stroll up the road.
