The staff was very friendly at all times. The room was very comfortable and way bigger than I expected. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC was a little loud, but it worked great and I had a good night's sleep. Location is excellent, the street and the area in general is very calm and safe.

I like the location of the hotel. It is right on Reforma and you can walk safely everywhere from there. The room was nice, the view could have been better, but it was fine. Breakfast was really good, many options to choose.

Have been staying here for the second time already because the hotel is an underrated gem of CDMX. Its location is perfect right in the center of the city, close to everything, and at the same time on a nice and quiet street, so you can actually have a decent good-night sleep there. The rooms are clean and spacious, the view from the rooms is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, the shower has excellent water pressure and all the necessary items. There is even an iron & an ironing board in the room. The breakfast is actually good and tasty, with very nice variety of freshly cooked options, and the staff is super nice and friendly. Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.
