Clean, great location in isla mujeres, next to everything and the staff is amazing. I must note that during my stay, as it was my birthday, my boyfriend called for them to arrange flowers and chocolate, they did so happily and with a big heart. Thank you so much!

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Price is right and location is centrally located.

I can say that the receptionist was very kind. The hotel is just about 5-7 minutes walk from ultra mar ferry. The room was very clean. I do recommend for couples who want to pass a night or two at isla mujeres.

The rooms are spacious and nice. We took a room for a couple , the bed was comfortable. There was a kitchen that we used for breakfast.

There was hot water in the shower.

The staff was very helpful and patient with any question we had. You could fill up water at the front desk with no limit.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay again and recommend it to any traveler that doesn’t need a beachfront hotel.
