CONNECTED TO THE HOSPITAL. Best staff we have ever encountered. From the front desk, staff in the restaurant, to the domestic staff!! Out of this world nice and helpful. Beautiful pool on top floor, great view, comfortable beds, good housekeeping.
We wanted to stay one night in Cancun before flying out to Europe. The hotel was modern, clean, beautiful beds and big shower. The pool and gym superb, even with a shower there. The car parking was under the hotel, connected with lift. The hotel key card was a safetycard too. No entry anywhere without.
The late check out was possible for 10 Dollars per hour. Very pleasant indeed.

the toiletries were good and also the AC worked amazing
the back outs which usually are a weak point in the rooms were great
Spacious rooms, clean maintenance and good breakfast
The staff were very friendly. They helped me with any extra needs I requested within reason. This is a great hotel!
