The area was a good area, most of the staff were kind and detailed. It could be cleaner. There was stains by the trash, when we first came in and after the cleaning crew came by too but they were very kind. The only problem w the staff was that Felipe who delivered the food with room service was very rude, even my mom listened over the phone how he was rude and firm and loud. Also in check in the guy who checked us in didn't specify where the elevators were and he was very short with the check in and felt like he could have done better and bc of that we missed a lot of info and we got lost when we were dismissed with the check in. The price also given here even after the taxes is incorrect, they charged me about $80 more.but it was too late to do anything about it. He said it was extra fees and no it wasnt the taxes. Over all it was a nice stay. The view of the Mountains was beautiful and would stay again.
Staff was super friendly! The hotel is close to galerías mall which is perfect for you as a tourist!
Did not get a chance to eat breakfast, I slept in every morning I was there.

Great location for our needs. We got upgraded to nicely renovated last floor, with awesome view of the mountains; clean and spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast included. On-site free parking. Very close to shopping mall and restaurants
