The location is good if you're looking to relax, it's a decent walk from the main strip, but there's restaurants and I think bars still around. I also stayed at another place closer to the main strip while I was in Tulum and this was much quieter. The apartment is also very modern and pretty big. The hot water didn't work the first night I was there, I just messaged the WhatsApp number provided at about 9pm and it was fixed the next day. It's pretty hot in Mexico so a cold shower didn't really hurt.
