The language barrier (I don't speak Spanish) was never an issue. They were very polite and even cheerful at times. The room was chilly just the way I like it. My morning showers were nice and hot. The location was perfect and the price was great.
I believe Oscar was the receptionist who gave me awesome historical information about this 17-18th c. casona, which was originally used as a mental ward. He was super friendly and informative. He also told me of old underground tunnels that interconnected and were used during the war. Loved the history and old architecture.
I love the unique and funky decor. I liked that there was additional seating other than the bed. There was a place to hang clothing. The location is great.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although, the place is not luxurious it was very clean and comfortable. You get free water, iron and Netflix. Great location.
The location is great, very close to the city center. When I checked out at 4:30 AM, the front desk clerk waited outside with me until my UBER arrived and helped me load my suitcase.
