Definitely staff. They’re friendly and attentive. From check in to check out, they offered little but nice extra perks. We arrived late at night and the guard in charge made sure we made it safely to the room upstairs, and that our car was parked in a safe spot.
Wenceslao, the chef, was extremely charming and took the time to talk to us and compare culinary notes. The other staff were also very courteous and helpful.
The room was great and there is a wonderful restaurant on site. A really wonderful breakfast was included

The little hotel
Is very pretty the food is really good and the staff very nice they let us checked in early which was perfect because we arrived to Tepoztlan very early , i would definitely go back.
The room has a great view, food was amazing. The staff very kind and helpful.
